Aqua Vitae is owned and operated by a Board Certified ER physician with over 23 years experience taking care of those at their worst, now intent on keeping you at your best. We take your health quite seriously and abide by the Board of Pharmacy’s Standards of Practice when compounding our IV Vitamin Cocktails and strictly follow the CDC guidelines for infection control.

We offer IV hydration as well as multiple customized IV Vitamin Drips, Vitamin Injections, Boosters and Aromatherapy Oxygen that has been specifically formulated for dehydration, hangovers, headaches, fatigue, stress, immunity, athletic performance, and even PMS, just to name a few.

We have a beautiful posh interior location designed with a post modern touch. There are six ultra comfortable lounge chairs perfect for singles, couples and of course larger groups. Our entire pad can be booked for special events such as bachelor, bachelorette parties, pre and post athletic events, reunions, etc.

We offer complimentary blankets, pillows, sleep-masks, and even ear plugs for those wanting that extra peace.

Dr. George Dockendorf, D.O.

Owner/Medical Director

Dr. Dockendorf is an emergency room physician with over 24 years experience. He graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelors of Science degree in human biology, while at the same time earning a commission as an Air Force officer through the Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC). He then received his medical degree from Des Moines University in Iowa.

His post-graduate years consisted of a surgical internship at Wright State University, Dayton Ohio, followed by completion of a three year post-graduate emergency medicine residency under the San Antonio Uniformed Services Health Education Consortium (SAUSHEC), earning his board certification though the American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP). During his military career, he served as a flight surgeon, ER medical director, and Critical Care Air Transport Director (CCATT), eventually retiring from the Air Force Reserves with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.

Dr. Dockendorf is currently affiliated with the largest and busiest emergency/trauma department in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. His discipline and dedication to healthcare has been acknowledged with Aqua Vitae being voted the Best in Destin.
